Yes! All recipes can be prepared ahead and reheated. Most recipes take 5-20 minutes to prepare. Many recipes can be assembled before eating, no cooking required.

Do I have to batch cook?

Only if you prefer to. Most recipes take 5-20 minutes for weeknight express cooking.

Gluten-Free? Soy-Free? Vegan?

All recipes can be prepared gluten-free and soy-free. Modifications are included where necessary. Zero guessing on your part. Every recipe and meal plan is 100% plant-based (vegan). No dairy. No eggs. No animal products.

Do you include breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Weekly recipes serves 2 or 4. Use one serving for Dinner, and the second serving for lunch the next day. We also provide 47 different breakfast options to choose from in our Big Breakfast Book.
