Monthly Memberships

Purchase of a premium monthly membership ($18.99/mo) includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase or your last renewal. To cancel your account, follow these instructions in your account. You may cancel at any time. For a full or partial refund you must contact customer support or emailing support@getmealplans.com. By purchasing a monthly membership, you are confirming that you have read and understood our 30-day refund policy for monthly memberships.


Annual (VIP) Memberships

Purchase of a prepaid Annual (12-month) VIP Membership includes a 30-day “no risk” cancellation and money-back guarantee. For a refund, you must cancel within 30 days by contacting customer support or emailing support@getmealplans.com. There will be no refunds or cancellations for any reason after 30 days. This includes installment payment plans. By purchasing a prepaid annual VIP membership, you are confirming that you have read and understood our 30-day cancellation and refund policy for annual memberships.


Membership Add-Ons (Slim Team / Success Squad)

There will be no cancellations or refunds for any reason with membership add-ons, but deferment may be possible (see below). By enrolling in Slim Team and/or the Success Squad, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no returns and no cancellations policy for membership add-ons. IMPORTANT: To be able to access the additional features, materials and special perks associated with these membership add-ons, you must maintain an active, VIP level of membership with Meal Mentor.

Slim Team Deferments -- Prior to the official start date of the Slim Team session (before Week 1), you may request deferment (to start with the next class). Every effort will be made to accommodate you, but deferment is not guaranteed. 


Digital Items (Breakfast Book and Guide Audiobook)

Purchase of digital items includes a 30-day “no risk” money-back guarantee. For a refund, you must make your request within 30 days by contacting customer support or emailing support@getmealplans.com. There will be no refunds for any reason after 30 days.
