Shipping Policy

Meal Mentor members purchases are all delivered electronically either through email or accessing the files in your browser. When you purchase a membership, we use the email you register with to send an initial email that includes your meal plan files. Every Wednesday we send an email to your register email account with links to download your meal plan.

Meal Mentor does not sell a physical product and nothing will be shipped to you. You are purchasing access to the membership sites and access to the meal plans for the period you have a paid membership.
